WebMay 31, 2010 · I've used many different metal core wires over the years, Fabocr 96, Select 70, Correx, Megalfil, currently using an Arctec product and Hobart Fabcor 110. I've found most .045 metal core wires run well in the 30-34v and 350-450ipm range. All wires will have the manufacturers recomendations to get a nearly spatterless full spray transfer weld.
