WebSep 3, 2007 · 67 Chevelle, 350 c.i., TH350. Recently acquired car. While working on the brakes I noticed the flywheel & torque converter cover/splash shield is missing. The cover is available lots of places. Does anyone know the size of the 4 bolts required for assembly? WebAt the risk of being pedantic that is not a flywheel it's a flex plate. The cover is none structural, and should be there to keep crap away from the torque converter and ring gear. The opening is for accessing the torque converter bolts on engine/trans pulls.
